A Plus Resume provides professional resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile writing and related consultation services, as described on our Services & Pricing page.
Payment is required to begin work on your order, unless otherwise agreed. Prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice, though the price you paid for your order will not change once confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your work history and career goals. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your final documents that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
Each package includes one round of revisions on your draft, as outlined on our Services page. Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra fee, which we will advise before proceeding.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on current workload and how promptly you respond during the revision process.
Once your final documents are delivered and paid for in full, you own the content of your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifying examples of our work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
While we take care to produce high-quality, professional documents, we do not guarantee interview invitations or job offers. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
