2. Before work begins

If you change your mind before we begin working on your order, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@aplusresumewriters.com.au.

3. Once a draft has been started

Once a writer has started working on your draft, a partial refund may be available at our discretion, reflecting the work already completed. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

4. After a draft has been delivered

Once your first draft has been delivered, refunds are generally not available, as the majority of the work has been completed. Instead, please make use of your included round of revisions so we can address any concerns with the draft.

5. Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be provided where:

• The final documents have already been delivered and approved
• The delay in delivery was caused by a late or incomplete response from you
• You are simply unhappy with the outcome of your job search, as we cannot guarantee interview invitations or job offers
